We really can’t adequately express our experience with Old Coast except to say that they are, in our opinions, the best. Appointments schedules are adhered to, and when they foresee a delay, the customer is promptly notified. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. We like Old Coast so much, we have two accounts, one for our home and the other for a rental, which happens to be in the state next door If I had to sum it up, Old Coast Heating and Air is great at communicating, techs inform and educate homeowners, and they not only follow through, they follow up. Old Coast was on time. They completed their work on our system in a timely manner. I cannot that everyone at Old Coast enough.Within two days following hurricane Helene; Zack, Roy, and their teams were quickly onsite to help me replace two ai conditioners which were completely destroyed.
