I was kept informed as to the possible arrival of the tech. I was texted when the tech was heading my way. I was provided a name of the tech. The tech (Stan) was professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. It was wet that day and he put on shoe protectors as to not bring in debris into our home. He made what I considered reasonable recommendations and told me I would receive an electronic report in 24hours. Old Coast was on time. They completed their work on our system in a timely manner. I cannot that everyone at Old Coast enough.Within two days following hurricane Helene; Zack, Roy, and their teams were quickly onsite to help me replace two ai conditioners which were completely destroyed. We really can’t adequately express our experience with Old Coast except to say that they are, in our opinions, the best. Appointments schedules are adhered to, and when they foresee a delay, the customer is promptly notified. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. We like Old Coast so much, we have two accounts, one for our home and the other for a rental, which happens to be in the state next door If I had to sum it up, Old Coast Heating and Air is great at communicating, techs inform and educate homeowners, and they not only follow through, they follow up. Always excellent service. Every tech we've ever worked with from this company has been punctual, professional, and highly skilled. Just this morning, Payton solved our humidity issue in less than ten minutes, explained clearly what was going wrong, and laid out options for how to prevent it in the future in terms even us laymen could understand.
