Old Coast Heating & Air Conditioning vans are everywhere near my house in Baldwin Park. In need of HVAC diagnostics, I reached out to them. They are so professional and friendly. I worked with Wendy to get a quick appointment for the next day. Kyle was our technician and was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He performed services quickly due to his extensive technical knowledge and skill. We were given a price for the work proposed. All in all, I highly recommend this very professional organization. AC stopped cooling through the night… sent in a email message about problem and need for service. From setting up appointment with Wendy who was very helpful and explained how the customer service worked by being put on the list.
