Old Coast was on time. They completed their work on our system in a timely manner. I cannot that everyone at Old Coast enough.Within two days following hurricane Helene; Zack, Roy, and their teams were quickly onsite to help me replace two ai conditioners which were completely destroyed. Update...had service tech in today for annual maintenance very through in checking out the 3 units Very happy that tech is well versed in all aspects of work and let's you know about any issues during service Gives options on repairs that may need to be done or if issue that could become a problem later. Had another uv light internally installed.in air handler.***special running at half normal cost Had Dewayne as tech. Great service and knowledgeable. I am giving him and Old Coast 5 stars. Have had several companies in to do maintenance and work on 3 units I have for my house. I would ask them to correct things that weren't completed correctly from previous install people. None of them fixed what I had asked. I did research on HVAC companies and found Old Coast. They sent John K. In to do service on my 3 split system units. I told him the things that I was concerned with and issues having in particular rooms. He addressed all my concerns and recommended fixes and told me what each item to replace or repair would cost. I told him to fix everything. He completed more that day than I could get 2 other service companies to do in the three years I have lived in the house. He found that a new thermostat that had been installed incorrectly was causing the unit to turn the AC on in middle of winter when the heat should be on. Had one unit replaced and they took the time to make sure that the correct size of unit was installed. Previous unit was 3.5 ton and their consultant recommended a 2 ton based on sq footage and structure of home. It truly shows that the people working for Old Coast are honest hard working people. They listen to what you say and correct the problem. In addition to the regular maintenance I had them clean the duct work with a fogger that kills any mold and mildew that can grow in units in a humid wet environment. Wow what a difference immediately. The whole house smells like a brand new house. Additionally added a UV light in the duct work that will constantly kill off these things from happening. Great communication and scheduling was exactly was owner described. Technician was polite and explained everything he was going to replace on our cold plunge. Plunge now works better than it did new out the box. Read Less
