He installed a REME*HALO Air Purification System in the Lennox Unit. He recommended that our Mitsubishi Unit be replaced because of It's age and the having a rusting condenser. Roy Moore came out and my wife and I decided to have a Mitsubishi ML Series 12,000 BTU Heat Pump System with Platinum Air Purifier installed. “With the coronavirus 19 in effect, and everyone quarantined, you would think that it would be hard to schedule an air condition service on Sunday. My system went down about 4:30pm Sunday afternoon. I called Old Coast heating and air and they told me they could be here within two hours. Adam, service tech. arrived within 2 hours and within 30 minutes my system was up and running and providing cold air. Adam was extremely professional. He certainly knew his job. “My service Tech did a great job on the preventative maintenance call leaving my two units clean and running great. He installed a Reme Halo air purification system in my ductwork that will improve my air quality and prevent mold, bacteria, and viruses.
The unit runs great and I am looking forward to a reduction in my heating and cooling bill now that the service work has been completed.”
